Refund policy

All items other than opened software and hardware which are subject to manufacturer's restrictions can be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or replacement and the following terms and conditions will apply: 

• All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase from us. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• No returns allowed on opened software and consumables. 
• All returns are required to be labeled with an unique RMA ( Return Merchandize Authorization) number which has to be obtained from our returns department prior to your returning the product.  RMA numbers are valid for 30 days only and product must reach our warehouse before then. 
• RAM PLUS COMPUTERS, INC, is not responsible for any return shipments that are lost or damaged.  Customers are advised to purchase proper insurance with the carrier of their choice when returning a product back to us.  To ensure proper credit, all RMA must be shipped to the return address below, and not to any other warehouses.

• All complete systems carry a one year in-store warranty unless otherwise noted.
• For products with manufacturer warranty, customers must contact the maker for warranty repair/ replacement options.  
• All bulk-packaged parts, including power supplies carry a 90-day warranty unless otherwise noted.  
• After the 30-day refund period, and during the warranty period, Ram Plus Computers, Inc. reserve the right to issue credit or replacement for any  returned product at our option.
• Customer is responsible for the returned postage.  Ram Plus Computers is responsible for the return postage back to the customer on all returns.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any damage to the original packaging might result in additional charges being assessed to your account. 
• Where appropriate, credit will be given within 15 days of return of the product. Credit will be calculated based on price of product paid by the customer. 
• All returns for credit must include original packaging, manual, and accessories.  We reserve the right to refuse credit for any returns without them.
• All furniture including computer desks/ shelves/ chairs, carry a 30-day warranty. Please inspect products and make sure they arrived without damage.
